What seemed like the longest 4 years of my life at the time
1974 to 1977

My parents gave me 30 days after high school to get out of the house so I did the logical thing I joined the Army. 22 years later I retired as a Master Sergeant at Fort Detrick Maryland. While in I traveled all over the Far East Speak three languages and learning english now, skiped the concept in high school. Traveling around the world made it very hard to obtain my college degree so at 48 I finally completed my fourth degree and am currently working outside the realm of all of them. I went to an interview for the practice and was hired. Went back to work to tell my boss I had to retire because I start a new job on monday.

I have been at Johns Hopkins University as the Operations Manager for Comparative Medicine ever since. I have been married to Bonney-Joe Mayers (class of 78)since September of 78. We have one son 26 living in Seattle Wa. and a daughter 25 living in locally, ok in my basement (anyone got a single son and a free basement)? I have one grand daughter and a Jerry Springer grand daughter (I can explain on request). My wife works at Walter Reed which is closing soon and we are hoping to relocate south again. If all works out we will be living in Gainsville Fla by our 30 year reunion. I have been asked to open a new research facility at the University of Florida. Go Gators.

My dad passed since our last reunion but my mom is still in the old homestead so I visit often hope to see the locals when I come back in November. I am looking forward to see the rest of you in 2007.
